To get around the recent Internet Gambling Laws that are going to be adapted in the USA. Interesting to say the least. Never thought of this, but could this be a possibility? :howdy:

About the only way they could avoid US banks altogether would be for them to send you green cash.

It aint hard, not easy, but it aint hard. I would think more like a private buisness bank, than actual banking bank.

All they have to do is open up a bank - Bank of Pinnacle or whatever... Then issue you checks and ATM cards just like a normal bank.

I am naive, so please explain this to me. How does this differ from opening an offshore bank account?

More like the Pinnacle financial group. The word bank I bet will not be used or the name of a sportsbook either.

almost anyone can have their own bank

the problem is when you want to move money or receive money then you have to deal with other banks

thats when your problems begin.

so for example you could have a bank

that only dealt in eur zar and nzd

and open an account with UBS Standard Bank and Westpac Welly.

but then those are the only currencies you can accept

if you want USD you have to have an account with Chase NYK or someone like that and this wont be approved.

They cannot be a bank. There are international banking laws that would disqualify them

lol, then all they have to do is start their own country with an army and maybe even a nuke, look at N. Korea they did it.

wvu thats not correct

anyone can open their own bank in a caribbean country with 100 k or more (depending on the licence you want) or cook islands

as i said the problem is that other banks wont open accounts for them to receive money

it is feasible for the book owner to start a bank but you can be sure USD will not be an option for them - funding nor receiving
