I know that fans love this stuff but not for me. Give me speed, precision passing, cutbacks, good kicking. I want to be entertained. This is fun for about 10 minutes than it gets BOOOOOOORING.

I want to see the best teams with the most athletic/physical talent win not some game that the teams have to battle the elements more than the opposite teams. I want to see speed and athletisicism.

Than again I am not sure if this doesn't have more to do with this just being Baltimore football:pucking:

You would think that these Networks would refrain from putting the Ravens on Primetime TV.....:smoker2:

Some would argue that the offenses have an advantage because they know where they are going. Others would argue the high powered COlts can't score more thean 14 points against a less than powerful Tennessee defense. While many would just say, bet the Ravens UNDER and enjoy.

YES SIREE!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyday of the week. This crap was fun to watch when I was 10 years old.

I study games all week and look for bets and then this crap comes up and every important thing I tried to learn can be thrown out the window. It's more or less all luck when this happens.

Tell me you can honestly get a gauge on how this game should/would have been played if it were indoors.

I want to see speed and full force, not luck and guys slipping and falling down. This game isn't the best example. Take a playoff game in the snow, that sucks even worse to find out who the best team is.

Why not work guys out in the rain and snow at the draft combines if they are going to take the skill/speed out of it.

Give me carpet or give me basketball.

* I do have a possibile middle -4.5/+6.5 that can still happen making this crappy game worth it.

MNF is garbage now-Sunday night is the premiere game. Regardless, these are two good defenses & bozo's at QB.

Add in a little weather, and you have one more MNF under. The ratings have to suck so far this year.

As long as I don;t have a wrong side because of the weather, I say give me a game played in the snow at least once a season.

Football is an outdoor game period...the elements are part of it. Same with baseball.

too each his own but my statement was "this is why I HATE outdoor football".

Tell me you honestly enjoyed this tonite? The minute I heard and confirmed rain and slippery conditions, I knew this would suck. Like I said maybe alot has to also do with Baltimore.

Thank god the Super Bowl is never effected by crap like this. At least the NFL is smart enough to know that fans/bettors that take this game serious would be pissed if the outcome was dictated HEAVILY by the weather.

I prefer football outdoors...Weather is part of it, cold weather, snow , rain wind...give me that over 72 degrees and a dome any day...Domes are for conventions.

No I didn't enjoy tonights game...both teams sucked on offense (typical Ravens garbage offense), one QB made a play inside the ten and one didn't, the whole game was field position and a shanked punt cost Balto the field position that basically put Denver in control late.

The more I think about it (I think) McNair is another QB with small hands and all his balls tonight were underthrown with the wet ball....ugly night.

Don't know why I remember this, but wasn't Dave Krieg the QB who always fumbled and supposedly it was because the "small hands" theory?

Warren Moon......to name another. I believe he is the all time leader with fumbles in the NFL.

bears have the top scoring O in the game right now, and Arizona's D sucks..no low scorer there.

been betting the Over on Bears early in week the past few weeks and seems like bookmaker is slow to catch up on their offensive output. Already bet a over 37(opener) for next weeks game. Up to 38 right now.

That couldn't be further from the truth. The ONLY reason that the superbowl is in predominantly warm weather areas is because of revenue generation. People are a bit more apt to take their once a year vacation in Miami compared to Buffalo.

I assume you're pissed because you had the ravens or the over, but it has nothing to do with betting.

not at all, I tried to middle the game (like I do 80% of my plays).

I have said this since I was an adult and started betting. It isn't fun to watch the game when passing the ball is non exsistent. It becomes ALL LUCK. It was fun to watch and play in as a little boy but this SUCKED.

I am one of the biggest NFL fans around and hate watching a game where we can't see the stars perform at a high level because they are falling down. Take a fabulous football player like Peyton Manning who is paid top dollar because of his skills and they are negated in crap like this. Not what I want to watch. If every game was like this the NFL would be boring (like the CFL, LOL)

Thank god they had last years SB in Detroit because of how many people wanted to come there for all the things to do. If you were right they would have played at least 1 SB in NY by now, peorid. Bottom line the ONLY reason they played in Detroit is because it has a dome and the weather wouldn't ruin the game.

The reason they play in South/Domes is they don't want the weather to effect the outcome and people don't want to watch stupid/crazy things dictate the game and take the speed out of it.

Sorry, I know that the John Madden types out there think this game is all about cold and snow, "football weather". You can have it!!!

I want speed, athletes, skill, passing, kicking. The things we judge a football player by. I saw very little of that tonite and usually never do when the weather dictates the game.
