Is there any chance or scenario that would allow Ken Shamrock to win tonight? Ortiz seems to be a lock if you loaded up some money in order to collect some easy dollars.

Any thoughts?

maybe some chick flashes Ortiz and for a split second his attention is gone....Shamrock hits him with a cheap shot...that's about the only shot I see. Otherwise I see Shamrock going down mid-late of the first round being pummled by Ortiz forearms/elbows and tapping out all bloody-faced.

There's a chance but trust me it's not worth the juice. Ortiz can take Shamrock down with one good hit while it will take a lot more for Shamrock to take Ortiz down.

Shamrock came out flailing last fight and will do the same here, he knows once he gets down to the mat he's done. His only chance is to connect early

I was just thinking about making a quick buck on Ortiz but we all know how that can get you into trouble. Who knows. Guess I'll wait until this afternoon to unload should I decide to get crazy!

I just see this fight as a promotion of the UFC. It's on free tv so everyone can watch Ortiz and then the next fight on pay per view will have that many more viewers who were on the fence. It's all about free advertising and that is why Ortiz will win. UFC is not about old men like Shammyrock.

Matt, Ortiz will finish it in the distance. He needs to finish it ASAP b/c he can't afford to get hurt. He has a much bigger fight in December against Liddell. I can't see Josh losing either. What's that parlay pay?

If you take this fight and have $$ to burn, take a shot with Ken. I think Tito wins easily, but Ken isn't that bad where he should be a +800 (that's where Pinny has it now). 1 lucky shot can win the fight. The best bet might be that it may go the distance with Tito winning an easy unanimous decision. I think UFC and Spike are expecting huge ratings here, so they don't want the same b.s. finish like the last one. Hopefully, Ken won't be stupid and charge right at Tito. If he's smart, he will keep it standing up and turn it into a boxing match.

The line is ridiculous and you cannot bet a -1000 line in order to get on Ortiz but unless it is a quarter unit anything else on Shamrock is like burning money.

Also where do you guys place parlays on UFC bets?

Always a puncher's chance, but I think Tito is too experienced to get caught. I agree it will not go the distance.
