Betjamaica just comfirmed they are no longer using thier debit card for customers!

Just talked to customer service and he said they stoped with the debit card because the company had poor customer service.

im surprised more ppl arent responding to this thread, i guess not a lot of people have this card yet.

I thought it really sucked, couldnt even throw out an email to everyone with a card to let them know whats up.

Try Cris. They have there own card which they run. I think you have 24 hour access to your funds as the plays get graded. Dont quote me on that yet. I should get the card in, in the next day or 2. They just started this.

damn that sucks, i could've swore it was the other day everyone was raving about this card and I was planning on getting one soon.

Chop, keep us updated on how that Cris card is. Looks like I'll now get one of those instead...

Yea i was shocked about the betjam card...

I just emailed betcris's email to get the card.

If you are already an customer at betcris, simply email debitcards@betcris.com

and ask for one, from there theyll tell you whats up

He told me that it was because very poor CS on the cards part...he said they said it would take 15 minutes and sometimes take up to 72 hours to do the transfer.

This sucks....I tried to do a WD yesterday and they said that they weren't doing the ATM card anymore. You think that they would send an email or let people know that before they make a deposit. I still have $$ on my ATM card am I still able WD that $$??

exactely, they should have let us known as soon as it happened...because of the debit card was a big reason why I went there.

Dont worry, there are still plenty of great reasons to play there. I like them more and more each day. Maybe the best CS in the business. Great lines, and fast payouts. They are the greatest combination SHARP/SQUARE shop out there IMO.

very true. Just that card was a big bonus, as I withdraw 500 today thru western union and they charged 40...

oh well, to get the cash in 1 hour, i guess youll pay for it. :howdy:

Their Customer Service is the best that i have ever used...

But....

They DONT offer $$$ lines on half time bets, they dont offer Tennis (unless its a grand slam, and then you have to wait for the quarter finals), they dont offer any soccer except major teams. No 1st half MLB except for the playoffs, no preseason NBA, no period lines for the NHL.

They are a good book but very limited on their ACTION....jmo

I quit 5dimes....have not used them since they decided to change the site layout....I will never go back to them..the new site Sucks...JMO

Man, you are one of the people in the review section that praises them. There site take alittle getting used to, but after awhile it becomes second nature.

There server issues are improving. The slowdowns on Saturday and Sundays are not nearly as bad as it was in the past.
