Looks to be a terrible night in Flushing tonight. Forecast is calling for a half an inch of rain starting at about 7pm and not stopping until well into the morning. Ill be surprised if this one gets done tonight. :cryingcry

Question.....What happens if score is 1-0 top of 6th and it is POURING....Is the game offcial like the regular season? I can't believe it would be but couldn't find the answer on MLB.com

I live 20 mins from the toilet that is Shea.
It's ugly right now, (everything but the rain) and it's 1:30.
It's going to be ugly by 6 PM, I'd be shocked if they get this game in.

The only

difference in the playoffs is usually the home team decides if they will call it before it starts or if the field is wet. Playoffs MLB decides to start the game or not..once it starts--rules are the same...I doubt the play this one with that. If there is a small window to play this, they may call it

I just wonder when they make it up.Tommorow looks just as bad if not worse.I have never seen a series final played in the daytime,but does anyone know.Makes you love the retractable roof.
