Same here. Those odds, at home, with a shuffled around/injured Detroit team made it a nobrainer for me.

Let's just hope they get a few more!

Only one run for Oakland makes me think another missed opportunity....but I'll take a run over consecutive strikeouts like last night.

I see Verlander easily throwing a few more wild pitches in this game and hitting a batter. A's have a good shot at covering this one.

At least you oak backers tonight had something to be happy about for awhile. as long as oak dont win by 2 or more and the total stays under 8.5 I'll be very very fine.

Wishful thinking on the 1.5? Not really, just think that with the almost 2-1 odds, if I'm gonna be on Oak, then the value play is the -1.5. I can't say I've lost a run line bet yet becuase of the one run...losing straight up though, that's another story...

You on Detroit +1.5 then? I've never understood laying that kind of chalk for one point, how many times would it have mattered in the post season thus far? 10% of the time maybe (total guess, too lazy to look)

not laying that chalk anyday soon so I parlayed the +1.5 with the under 8.5 risk 1 to win 2 Not a bad play .
