Betcris payment issue

I say 2 days is a slow pay at Betcris. Last week I had to wait 3 days, this week it is 2 days now.

In the past I put the request in one night after the games, and it is in my account no later than 5pm the following day. Well, yesterday when I chat with them, they tell me 5pm or tomorrow morning.

Well, here I wait this morning for payment yet again. They have never been the fastest at payments, but 2-3 days is unacceptable for a big book.

Say what you want, I think books are having a rough way to go, no matter what size or how many years they have been around.

Now that you mention it, I requested a payout from BetMaker - which is now in the CRIS family - about 24 hours ago and it still hasn't been processed. Past payouts taken from them since joining the CRIS group have all been same day.

Better check with them.

I was told yesterday it would be this monring, now when I chat, I get the "ole" its not in our system, you have to submit it again.

Just a warning, be careful guys, our money is never 100% safe, if it be, CRIS, PINNY, or Oly, anything can happen.

I would like to know why there have been recent payment issues with the CRIS group.

I know neteller is free on Fridays, how about bank wires? Are they free on any day?

Not to split hairs but neteller is not exactly free on Fridays. You get one payout up to $2500 free on Friday. In other words, you get $30 off your fees.

So if it was Friday and you were withdrawing $2500, yes, it would be free. If you were withdrawing $16,000, it wouldn't be free. I believe it would be $120 (rather than the usual $150.)

They send me $2500 of a 11K payment stating this is the reason " The amount the client specified is above their Direct Accept Limits. Please have the clinet check their Neteller Account to see what their limis are.

I mean, WTF??? The CSR says that the $2500 was the only one accepted, the others didn't go through. Yea, right. CRIS is slowly becoming a bigger pain in the ass than getting paid from Royal.

Sean, I took your advie and emailed him.

I was now informed by their UNINFORMED CSR that their accounting department is gone for the day, and it "MIGHT" be processed tomorrow

What a crock.
