Now Europe gets tough? This is quite the opposite of the US gambling bill if that's what you mean..?

Exactly...the EU is opposing restrictions in certain European countries. In theory, the European Union could made a similar protest to the US--obviously not for violating the EU charter but for a restriction of trade similar to what Antigua has done...
