I think we see runs in this one.
I think the Cards will benefit from the extra day of rest, extra day in New York, as their series ran a bit longer, moreso than New York. They also will get Scott Rolen back in the lineup for this game.
Glavine in his old age is inconsistent, IMO. He pitched great last game vs. a shitty Dodger lineup, and I don't see him doing it again vs. a Cards lineup with some dangerous hitters and a offensive savvy Tony La Russa. He's always been the type to get runs in, sac bunt, squeeze, he generates offense if his guys arent producing it.
Jeff Weaver is shaky on the mound. Mets have way too many hitters to not be able to get to a hitter like Weaver who is also inconsistent and has nothing overpowering.
