I used to be in a couple leagues but my enthusiasm for team sports seem to be dropping mainly due to injury risk. I used to play softball, basketball and soccer. Now my only team sport is kickball (co-ed and the girls are hot). No comments needed!

I try to play tennis, golf, and racquetball once a week. Its getting sad since I lived for team sports for the last 20 years.

LOL If Fish can count Fooseball, Darts, Pool and Poker than we can count bowling.

LMAO @ Foosball.

I've been bowling for over 20 years, I always get "bowling isn't a real sport"
Tell that to Pete Weber, he'll smack you.
Those PBA members in weekly tourney bowl in 4 days the equivalent of a full league play season.
These guys have raw thumbs, aching knees, etc. etc. for lousy prize money.
PBA = underated

Sorry for the double post.
Are there any books that take PBA action for the major tournaments.
I've never seen a wagering line on any PBA event.

There has to be, but don't recall.

If darts, fishing, etc., etc., can be wagered on, surely bowling can.

Pinny, Bet365, and 5dimes would be my best guess.

Fishing

Foosball-Love the game. We had one in our soccer locker room during college. Some intense battles and I lost my drinking budget numerous times.

Fishing-I loved fishing for grouper down in Tampa. For those who dont know, Tampa might be the best place to get grouper bites or a grouper sandwich (Ricks on River my favorite). Fishing quite popular here in Charleston.

I just work out a lot and train for MMA and boxing--bagwork, primarily. I'm well past the point in life where I actively want to get hit by other people, but its a great way to keep in shape. I'm trying to get a recreational hockey team together (we've actually got an ice rink here in Columbia) but since I know about two or three other people who can actually skate that's clearly a setback.

I don't do it much here for obvious reasons but when I lived out west I skiied, mountain biked and snowboarded a lot. Obviously that necessitates mountains and snow, which we don't have in abundant supply here in the south. Once I relocate back out west in the next year or so I'll probably start snowboarding again...

I hear kickball has made a comeback...Can you explain how they do that? Is it 9 on 9 ? baseball rules?

One sport I would love to still play is European Handball, it's like a combination of basketball and and socer, very good sport....I also miss duckping bowling, I would like to get back into that.
