My guess --- not much will change. Maybe use other options to move money around. The players will still play. There will still be good offshore shops to deal with and, unfortunately, some that will burn you.
I doubt the sky is really falling --- just an illusion created by irrational emotion.
In 270 days or so we will probably know, for sure, what the new obstacles
are, as well as how to get around them and not get arrested because we are in the nonprosecutable position of "the player" making bets, not the bad old bookie taking the bet.
Between now and then, and after, we will still gamble if we want to.
It's about economics --- supply and demand always find a way to overide politics.

I'll be talking with local Politicans about my Health Insurance which is no longer being offered since Obamacare is now the Rule. Current plan was not cancelled Insurance but "no longer being offered insurance" proper language used AKA Legally saying............
