.... should know better since affiliated with Olympic.

Won Thur night parlay contest and was credited $50 even though I met criteria for $200. Contacted Wilheim with pertinent proof of active eligiblity that was forwarded to Betjam. Within minutes(3), my account was adjusted reflecting $200 winnings.

Just soooo professional and customer service oriented. With the debacle in the industry, I'll be sending a much higher % action to Betjam.

Again, thanks Betjam and Wilheim.

...except for their practice of moving lines when you try to confirm -- even though it doesnt seem to be as bad these days. other than that, all else has been solid.

My only bitch was in week 4, I won some money in the Bet Jam Pick 12 contest and was never notified. Fortunatley I just happened to go there to check some lines and found the money credited to my account. Thanks BJ!
