Bigbet, you will have to email me your account number and amount of the withdrawals plus dates you have requested the withdrawals that have not been processed.

bigbet I have had the same issue with DSI. Every Friday I request the free neteller withdrawl. It sometime takes a few days to process and other days it happens within a hour. I did request one this Friday and am still waiting for it. I was told they were having problems with neteller on Friday. I called on Saturday and they said they would make sure it was in my account by Saturday night free of charge. I called back Saturday night and they said I would have to wait till Monday due to problems with neteller. It is Monday at 230 and still not un my account. I know they said it will be free when it does finally hit my account
I know with CRIS it has always been better to call as early in morning to get free w/d processed as quickly as possible. I have called them at 8:30a
which is about when they open and usuall before I generally get up to make sure they process it Friday. Kind of funny as they have all there odds on Pacific Time but process there w/d on Friday like its London!
They have done this as long as I can remember so I don't think it has anything to do with present climate.
