Yeah, so I was just on the phone with customer service for like 20 minutes trying to understand the address you go to that ends in .aspx once you activate your account. I had to say good bye out of frustration, I'll probably call back again in a half hour. It was like I was speaking to an alien. In the mean time if somebody got theirs and can email me pretty please. I'll love you.

The .aspx suffix just means that its a page using the Active Server Pages programming language (or .ASP). If you have the correct address and are unable to access the page its probably a browser configuration issue. If this is the case drop me a post and I'll try to help....

what is it?? the address?

I was having trouble because I never heard the "s" in the address after http.

Anyways, if anybody else is having probs with their card etc, apparently they're still working on some things because it's a new service. You can't fund the card yet with a Credit Card which I just found out (Only WU and ACH and some other things I've never heard of) and if you want a withdrawal on to the card from your sportsbook you must call them because they're fixing/working on the link to do it online.

Edit: Also the card is VERY discreet which is great. It doesn't have the "BetCRIS" logo or anything like the picture on the application page (http://www.betcris.com/online-betting/debitcard/request.aspx).
