I just copied pagers 213 to 244,

this is bullshit as I am copying these pages I see a commercial on tv for partypoker (she is really a women) . NET


I wonder if the sportsbook can follow the same path as these poker sites

pinnacle .net etc etc


they have fantasy football written into this law.. wtf

Please someone inform me if Im wrong, but according to what I just read on page 221 line 13, (10) Unlawful Internet Gambling, my interpretation of this is its illegal only if done in a state where applcable by Federal law or state law its illegal.

Yes that is correct.

I think that's page 214 line 13: Section 5361 4b entitled RULE OF CONSTRUCTION, which I've already quoted.

"No provision of this subchapter shall be construed as altering, limiting or extending any Federal or State law or Tribal-State compact prohibiting, permitting or regulating gambling within the United States."
