Dear Sir,

We have reviewed our files and noticed you sent us your credit card information in 2004.

Please be so kind to send us the credit card information again.

Please complete the attached Authorization Statement, including the date of your initial deposit. Return a copy of the Authorization Statement with a copy of the credit card(s), front and back, and a copy of your photo ID (driver's license or passport) .

All information must be scanned and forwarded to our Customer Service Department for review. Copies must be received legibly. Information which is not legible will not be accepted.

Regards,

Don't deposit through a credit card and you never have to worry about stuff like this. Not worth the hassle.

That is strange. Are you still using a credit card for deposit?

Expiry date did change, which meant a new card, though this was a
year or two ago. Still the same type of card, bank, number, etc.
Picture ID i'd send again would be identical.

Their unanswered request didn't hinder a WD i asked for last weekend,
though w/o compliance i'm wondering about future payouts.

What if i don't have a scanner?

Do they expect me to buy one just for this, or no payouts?

You can do like I did and go to Kinko's and get treated like crap, ripped off, and still have nothing to show for it. But you would be better off going to one of their competitors (preferably not a chain) and having them scan your info and then email it to you.

Another option if possible is to take a picture of it with a digital camera and then upload. Pretty simple and works well. Get a trusted friend to do it if you don't have a camera.
