Betmania is 100% fine in my book, but I will mention I was riled up over an issue. I did two withdrawals recently. 1 via netteller and 1 via cashier's check. I was amazed at how fast the NT withdrawal went through, as well as the fedex delivery "overnight." However, I was stunned to see I had NOT gotten a Cashier's check, but rather, a company business check from a place in Florida listed as "Quantum Marketing."
I didn't get too worked up over this, I just deposited the check and 2 days later I noticed the funds were not available in my account which was odd because earlier that morning they WERE available. I immediately called my bank to see what the deal was and they told me that the funds were NOT AVAILABLE when they checked. Now, of course I was getting a little concerned. I waited another 2 days and the same thing. At this point I was furious. I called Betmania to see what the hell was going on and I was transferred to a supervisor of payouts named "Caly."
He informed me that this was an issue with about 5 other players and that they'd resolve it quickly. He apologized and I obviously didn't want to hear much of what he had to say initially, because it was total bullshit as far as I was concerned. My main arguement was that I did NOT get an official Cashier's Check like I should of from the beginning or Betmania's issue with this company in Florida would be a non-factor. At any rate, after Caly kept a cool, calm demeanor and sent me an email saying he'd handle the problem right away, I cooled down and just chilled. This was a fair large payout by the way, so it was something to be concerned over.
Caly said Monday morning the money would be in my netteller account and he once again apologized for the rare crazy issue. Monday morning the money was in my netteller account and I was definitley satisfied. I wrote him back saying he was a man of his word and I appreciated his efforts. Although the situation seemed really shady at first, I quickly realized that wasn't the case. If anyone from Betmania is reading here though, I would say they should get their shit together and issue OFFICIAL CASHIER'S CHECKS LIKE PROMISED. Not a company business check like was issued in my case.
I will continue to use betmania and Sylvia and Erika there are sweethearts. I will overlook this issue, but Betmania really needs to correct it. 2) Maximum parlay payouts? WTF? If I parlay a +400 dog with a +400 dog with a +100 bet, I want to be paid +3200, not +2000.
Why? They likely aren't interested in having shots taken at them.
If i opened a book, I would feel the same way until my bank was big enough to take on shots... Even Pinny caps parlays at $100 or $150K even if they should pay more... As long as the book tells me, I am cool with it.

I was concerned about the Millenium connection having been burned by BOS but am very happy with bonuses, customer support and very quick neteller payouts. They are very conscientious as to customer relations. I still believe that someone from Millenium is a part owner of this new entity and believe I was told same by BM themselves. Maybe a rumor, but to say it is not true at all is nonsense as we have seen that there is no certainty when it comes to peoples involvement with these places. Everyone that "knows" things stated that Kaplan did not have any thing to do with BOS, but yet we find out he was still the majority owner!wilheim said:
