Limewire is the best, but since it is probably the most used it is becoming like the others with lots of fake files intended on preventing you from getting good files on new songs. Sort of what happened to Kazaa not long ago, you put in a song and have like 100 files to choose from, you really have no idea which is the right one.

IF you are familiar with downloading via bit torrent, OiNK is pretty damn great.

Just a reminder.. after you DL the files, DO NOT double click it BEFORE you do a virus scan using a decent antivirus software. I have personally detected a couple of Trojan Virus from files DL from limewire. My pc did not catch the virus because I always scan all files DL from thei nternet before opening it.

I say Morpheus. I've used it for awhile and it's pretty easy. No pop up ads and everything I've downloaded has been virus free.

I've got a few invites if anyone needs one. YOu need to be familiar with bit torrent and you need to keep your ratio of downloading to uploading near 1.0.

I thiink they are all decent IMO, I downloaded linewire and am satisfied so far...If you are just downloaded music(which I am) and you are smart about what you download...Like make sure the file size and the length of the song look correct, I think you should be fine at any p2p server.

thanks for the response and maybe I will check some of the other out in the future.

You have to know what channels and servers to go into and all the commands to request and DL... also they use file servs - which basically you use DOS commands.

However do some google searches and give it a shot!
