I did an ebay search for prepaid giftcards and their is a British bank that sells prepaid visa cards for $1.84. Since it comes through a british bank you should be able to fund an account with that right? Has anyone ever tried this? Anyway I just thought I would throw that out there in case anyone is looking for a possible way to deposit.

USE NEteller.

Maybe someday that will not be an option, but for now, that is the easiest way.

Maybe I didn't really look into it because I am already set. Firepay account in the United States and since I am currently studying in Mexico I have a NETteller account at my Mexico address so I should be set for life. I was just putting it out there for others

Neteller will start messing with you the moment you log in from another country. Was a total mess for me when I was in Mexico trying to access my account. You will only be in the clear if you never access your account from inside the US.

I guess Neteller is going to be here for us. At least you don't see the books rushing for some new card or method of funding.

i hope the day doesnt come where i have to get a festivacard.

they charge 25 dollars just for the privelege of making them money along with a 5 dollar a month charge.

their other fees are higher than netellers and one would still have to provide the festiva card with your social security number so there are privacy isssues to deal with.

i would hold off as we probably have another 8 months with neteller until they decide to halt us operations and we can let the new companies compete for our business instead of paying for a silly festivus card
