Account # @ SIA ?

I have an account there and is having trouble getting my $$$.
Wilheim is asking for my account number to try and help in this matter.
But i cant find out what my number is or where's it's written.

can anyone help?

Try emailing and/or phoning SIA & Wilheim.

Giving him your name & password might work also.

Emails received -- I am going to see what I can do to help you with your withdrawal but without an account number it may not be easy.

Right under username you will see a link that says " forget username/password " fill that out and it will send you your account number

SIA can find your account easy with your email address or your last name.

They should have that in seconds over the phone.

what are they pulling here?

in most of my books i have an account number as well but not at SIA

Have you tried having your username and password sent to you? If so, have you tried logging in using your username and password?

yup..no prob there
my prob is what my account number is, and SIA is not answering me at email

To the best of my knowledge your username is your account number at SIA.

Perhaps SIA maintains internal account numbers but they have never disclosed that number to me.

there is no account number.

account number = user name

i just spoke to live chat @ SIA and there is no account number.
And once again they just needed a utility bill. So i send them a copy of one for the 3rd or 4th time.....
"we'll get back to you asap" she said...lets see when that is

yes it is

and i know they just want verification.
and i have send them all the required doc's (more than once)
they seem disappear @ SIA office...

Wilheim using account number in the generic sense. It is the method used to identify your account from other accounts.
