Apparently because they made my winning wagers tonight just "disappear."

I made four hockey wagers at the same time tonight, on the same ticket.
-Avalanche +202 Reg Time WIN
-Penguins +138 Reg Time PUSH
-Sharks -.5 +116 WIN
-Flames -.5 +124 LOSS

After about 2 hours I came back to the computer to see how I was doing. Noticed the Flames lost. Then I saw Colorado won so I look at my balance and notice it hasn't moved so I figured it hadn't been graded yet. Turns out, the play had just disappeared altogether. Not in pending wagers, not in graded, nowhere. Then I look at my pending wagers and notice my Sharks wager is mysteriously gone too (This game was about to start). Penquins were already a push too I believe but nowhere to be found

But, of course, my Flames wager was already graded as a LOSS.

I placed all the bets at the same time, confirmed them, then noted them in my wager tracking book. I have ticket numbers, dollar amounts, everything.
I KNOW I confirmed because they were all on the same ticket and I remember looking at the confirmed screen and writing them down.

I emailed Pinnacle as soon as I noticed and before the Sharks game started about what happened, gave them the ticket numbers and all. They email me back saying their records show ONLY the Flames -.5 bet, and of course its the only one that lost.

I never looked at my pending wagers after making the bets but I'm positive I made them. Also, I'm not sure whether the money I placed the bets with is gone or not, because I'm not sure what my balance was and I lost two other bets tonight too. Not really worried about it though because they were small amounts, but would like my winning wagers to be graded as winners.
Cheaters or a glitch?

I dont get it, if you have the ticket numbers? how can it be disputed?

is it one seperate ticket number for each bet?

P.S:

i have made errors before where I was sure I confirmed something or thought I did, but it turned out I didnt. despite being 100% sure of it

Easy enough to resolve if you have ticket numbers. Send them a note through CS.

Just look at the list of posted transactions and find your balance prior to tonight's wagers and see if there's a discrepancy.

The ticket numbers were like this:

188274-1
188274-2
188274-3
188274-4

But they say they only had the first one as a straight bet on the Flames.

And I didn't bet the Sharks again because I don't trust these books. If I bet it again before hearing back from them and it loses they probably somehow find my old bet and then I lose double on it.

Personally don't think Pinnacle would cheat me out of such a small amount of money just thought it was a weird situation. I placed all the bets at the same time, how does only one of them go through???

I find this kind of thing is nearly always a problem on the bettors end. Also shows the importance of record keeping.

Bingo...save recepits and numbers. Unless you were betting 20 dime a game and won all 4 or 5 or whatever its the only chance and a small one because there is no way Pinnacle is going to cheat you out of small money and I highly doubt big money.

Yea the thing is I do have the ticket numbers....

Anyway I checked my balance and they didn't steal my money, just somehow only one of the plays went through, even though it was all on the same ticket. So basically I'm only missing out on the winning price of 2 wagers.

That's the problem right there
I know you don't want to hear it now, but you HAVE to check your pending wagers...YOU know you made them, but the SYSTEM didn't know you made them obviously....

Writing it down, without copying it from your CONFIRMED PENDING WAGERS list...does little good in my opinion.....

Sorry they didn't show up...but I would take the extra 3 seconds from now on to confirm and write them down from your PENDING list

i dont get it though, dont you only get ticket numbers once the wagers are confirmed?

what did pinnacle say those ticket numbers were?

I've had this happen at Pinny before. They won't show up in the pending wagers, yet my balance after the wagers and before grading reflects they were made. Somehow tickets vanish there for periods at a time. At the end of the day, the tickets reappear and are graded correctly. A bit scary.

I second this. As a matter of fact I still have a $5 parlay in my pending amount, yet it does not show up as a pending wager. This glitch happened from the time I had placed the wager (I did get a screen shot) and to the time the games were complete. Unfortunately it lost so I don't really care what happens to that wager.
