The question is as old as the game itself. Is it more advantageous for a team on a long postseason winning streak to have one week of rest prior to playing in the World Series, or is it more beneficial to play on one day of rest and keep the momentum in tact? It’s really a matter of rest versus rust.

The weather forecast is not very fan friendly for the expected 43,000 fans at Comerica Park. The temperature at game time will be in the mid-40s, with light rain expected throughout the contest.

Could be a tough night on the hitters from both clubs.

I had to go with the under tonight because of the weather. I am NOT a big fan of Reyes though

I also bet pretty big on the no score in the first inning. I look for a few first inning gitters! ALso, it will so cold that the crown could be out of the game by the 4th inning in terms of being real loud. But the first inning will be roudy so that may help the pitchers
