4 team 13 point football teaser = 150-100...(compared to 120-100 most places) 3 team 10 pointers= 130-100 (compared to 110-100)....for a great book...that is horrendous.

Be a real gambler and bet games straight! Might be an unintended benefit of the UGA that cappers have to actually bet games straight with their new/old locals! Also, will help out the Mob which has been weakened so much by RICO, et al.
