Very easy way to do it. Go down to a check cashing place and get a netspend.com debit card. It costs $10. tell them you'll fund it over the net. then you go to their website and load the card through paypal. This card is taken by every book or poker room I've ever dealt with and never turned down.
They will give you a temporary card to start with and mail you a permanent one with your name on it within a week!

You can forget that option.Just tried using netspend to reup at 2 books with my netspend card over the last 3 days and were both denied.I had used the card at those same books with no problems before that. Called the idiots at netspend and they told me no more gambling transactions.
