Alot has been said about the attempt by ESPN to put together a quality announcing crew for Monday Night Football. Most here, as it seems, are not satisfied with Tirrico, Theisman and Kornheiser. I suggest, they look at some of the college teams, and I mean announcing teams. I've been watching games all day, with two or three in the booth, and they all seem more comfortable and better than the current MNF team.

you are comparing apples and oranges - not 100% fair

MNF is NOT a game - it is an EVENT! it is the MARQUEE game for espn and maybe the nfl (SNF on NBC could be too)

CFB games on espn are NOT events - but a big game - one of many on the day

MNF is the ONLY game that day so a big deal is made out of it

comparing MNF and CFB gmes isn't fair because they aren't the same things - not even close
