Actually, everyone is talking about them and I'm not buying it.

at North Carolina W 21-16
Illinois W 33-0
Ohio W 24-7
Howard W 56-7
at South Florida W 22-20
at Navy W 34-0
at Pittsburgh W 20-10

The only team they have beaten is Pitt. North Carolina is pathetic and they barely beat them by 5. Illinois, Ohio, and Howard? Huh?

A 2 point win over South Florida?

This team will get exposed when it plays at West Virginia the last week of the season.

Hey Clip,

Beating Pitt in Pitt is a really really good win. That is a very tough place to win. They were beat the snot out of Navy as a near pickem in Navy. They will give Louisville all they can handle.

See that's simply ridiculous and you know it. Please name the 50....The title of the thread is very much tongue in cheek, but 2 years ago they lost to 1AA team and now they are going the right way. They can beat Lousiville. In WVA I don't see them winning.

Navy's QB got hurt in the 1st quarter.

So did Cincinnati and Syracuse. I would hope they could hang with Louisville since they get them at home.

Louisville should get a reality check as well next week even though they get West Virginia at home.

Boise St would beat Rutgers by 21+

Boise St is a legit top 5 team who will finish undefeated & should play for the BCS Championship! Rutgers will give WV & Louisville fits. I expect them to beat atleast one & a good shot at both.

Boise > all 3

Not necessariliy gonna disagree with that last post; Boise is pretty goddamned good. I'd love for them to somehow end up as the only undefeated team in the nation.

Not sure if they're top 5, though.

Boise has impressed me too. But it is a lot different playing their schedule than what the big boys face week in and week out. The same can be said for Rutgers. I know a lot of teams that would be undefeated playing Rutgers schedule to this point in the season.

Boise is on a great run. But I'd like to see them get through the Pac 10 or SEC schedule for a season where you can get beat on any given Saturday.

This would be a great year to have a sweet 16 NCAA playoff...

Hope it happens in my lifetime

Is undefeated Utah one of the 50? :missingte Give me a break. Rutgers deserves a lot of credit. They are a very well coached team with 2 of the best running backs in the nation. And they have passed every test so far. I think after tonight, the gift lines of the past two weeks will be going away.

Utah wouldn't be in the top 100 right now. They are brutal. This was obvious after game 1. If you are referring to my thread I started at the beginning of the season, you may want to re-read it where I said if the Utes could get by UCLA they would have a chance to go undefeated. Getting manhandled in the opening week set the tone for the season just as an upset win would have done.

They deserve credit for sure. But this BCS talk is ridiculous. When Pitt is the only team on your schedule through 7 games in a season, what is so impressive? How many Pac 10 or SEC teams would have lost a game to any of the teams on their schedule so far?

This team is playing well, but everyone is falling in love with them because they are undefeated and play good defense. A lot of defenses would look like world beaters against Howard, Ohio, Illinois, and North Carolina.

Louisville is highly overrated and struggling this season. They are not the offensive jugernaut they were the past few seasons. Rutgers should give them a game.

But if this is a BCS team, they should be able to give West Virginia a run for their money. I hope the line for that game stays low. That will be my biggest wager this season if it is.

Care to shut the fuck up? How about the crew saying there are 50 better teams. Laughing my ass off at you.

Not sure I'm a believer, but they pulled off the game of all time tonight.

Put them in the BCS-they deserve it.
