Can someone bring me up-to-date with the current BetJam debit card situation? A few weeks ago, I was issued an Elite Card. Before I even had a chance to use it, I learned that BetJam ceased its association with the card.

Has BetJam replaced it with another card? At this point, such a card for payouts is my only option, so I hope to hear an updated version has arrived, as BetJam is by far my favorite book.
