Last week I was told that BOS was going back into court today with the final "agreement/compromise."

I just called BOS at 11:30 and they said that the attorneys are in court right now and that late today they will have some new news and the details of how the payouts will work.

Long, long shot that we ever get paid anything but if you don't have any hope, you don't have anything. I have over $5k there, $4114 after bonuses so all I can do is stay abreast of the shafting.

Maybe something new later today.

Not sure if this was up before today or not but if you go to the court's website, it says this:

There is a evidentry hearing now scheduled for January 22, 2007 for all defendants in front of some other female judge other than the first female judge.

Not sure how long that date has been up there and what it means.

I have a lot of $$ there and I spend more time thinking and hoping than I want to admit.
I still have hope something positive will happen.I would love there to be some Final ending to all of this.All the "Lists" and false hopes make it harder unless we DO get some sort of refund.

I think I have accepted the realization that we are not getting shit. The temporary restraining order was extended today until November 3rd....at a minimum! This is according to the SE Missouri District Attorney Office's website.

I called BOS and they say they know nothing yet. Fucking liars.

I called and gave BOS the web address and info. The guy said "this is the worst possible news we could have gotten" for what it's worth.

I sorta believe the guys answering the phone truly have no idea what is going on. They seem like decent guys that are just victims too..
