Before I start I already have an account with Matchbook and Pinnacle, so any responses that include that advice can be saved for the next guy. My problem is with Hollywood who use to be my main book (a long time ago), but now i occasionally use them for some props and a few other things. A month ago I made a credit card deposit then after a winning a small amount I tried to make a withdrawal back to my credit card. After a few days and no money I called and was told that because of the new laws they could no longer process credit card withdrawals, and was told if I had a Neteller account I should use that. I completely understood and gave them my account number, and was told it would be processed as soon as possible. A couple of days later, and no money, i called back and was told that I needed to send them a deposit to verify my neteller account. I thought this was ridiculous since they had suggested I use neteller as my withdrawal method. I eventually talked to a manager and was told that they would have to process it manually and I would receive the money shortly. A couple of days later my money arrived in my account.
A couple of weeks later I made another deposit ( because I was told my James a manager the prior was a one time glitch and would never happen again). Last Thursday I made another Neteller withdrawal. When the money was still not in my account this morning I called and talked to Kevin. Once again I was told I would have to make a deposit so they could verify my account. When I told him this would not be possible he told me that it this would not be possible I was told that he would try to process it manually but he could not promise anything. He then said that it would be at least 48 hours but I should call every day until i reveive my money.
Has anyone else heard of such a policy? Has Hollywood's service slipped this much in the last 5 years? Maybe I'm overreacting but being told to call everyday till i receive my funds seems unacceptable. Hollywoods is my 3rd out, but waiting 7 days for a neteller withdrawal is ridiculous even for my 3rd out.

I thought I would add something I found funny. When I talked to Kevin I gave him my number and asked him to have a manger call me, he said they could not call customers it was a strict policy. Then when I got home I got this E-mail.

Dear Jason,

Thank you for contacting us.

Upon reviewing your account information we noticed that we have no
contact
phone number on file for you. We would kindly advise that we do not
ordinarily ring our customers, however, due to unforeseen circumstances
it
could be beneficial to have an alternative contact method.

We would highly appreciate your reply to this email with a contact
phone
number we can use should a need arise.

Thank you in advance for your co-operation and we apologize for any
inconvenience.

Kind regards,
Larry

Yes, I know the policy.

When Hollywood changed hands the computer lost it's memory, including my NETeller account. The easiest way to restore its memory was to send a token $20 deposit before I withdrew several K.

Basically if you've never made a NETeller deposit at any book their computer system has not linked your book account to your NETeller account.

Woody, Have you noticed a serious decline in the service at Hollywood? My experiences lately have been horrible.
