I haven't been in the pit for several years, but I do know that the conditions changed significantly since Harrah's took over (I assume you know what that means for the player).
Most of the games have gone to 6-5, but I think there are a few 6d shoes. I would assume they are DAS, DOA, S17 but could be wrong. As for penetration, I really have no idea. They were at a time cutting off 1, then they went to 3!, what it currently is I don't know.
As far as comps, I am pretty out of the loop there too but can tell you if you are familiar with Harrah's system it is designed after that. So I imagine it is pretty similar.
My departments are race, sports, and poker and we still have some of the most generous comps in town in those three. It may change in the future, but it is currently one of the best.
