12 miles west of downtown...

The radar looks very promising, of course we have 5 hours to wait, but it seems better than i thought it would be.

Steve Phillips just said that its not raining right now, but its moving in and its not supposed to stop until tomorrow evening. Not sounding good. Go Hokies!

If anyone in MLB could read a weather report, and had interest in actually getting this game in, it would have started about 1 hour ago and been a day game!

Don't be so sure....that radar link I posted doesn't show that it's misting with dense fog and\or rain expected.

Why don't they move the game to the afternoon like MLB (or FOX)? They did move a Detroit-Oakland game to the afternoon because of the "weather". Or was is they wanted to show the Mets nationwide?

If St. Louis and Detroit wouldn't have been so cheap and built their new stadiums without a retractable roof like the Brewers did, we wouldn't have these questions.
