There was never any serious talk of the Leafs making the playoffs this season anyway, even amongst the one eyed Toronto media and fans. At best, they might have finished seventh, but the general consensus was 9th to 11th and most realistic Leafs fans werent holding their breath for hockey in April in Toronto

Point out to an Ottawa fan about how the Sens choked again last year and the response is usually "well we did better than the Leafs!". Like anyone cares...
