Quick question...If you have a website...and you wish to incorporate it into a LLC (limited liability company) with one other partner....has anyone on here done this before?
I was told the best way is to go through a company like http://www.corporate.com/
they are supposed to be the best at this
I also have a question regarding "user agreements"
Do people basically go through an intellectual property lawyer to have them draft the Terms of Service users have to agree to before posting/using the website?
There is a possibility of people sharing copyright material..and I want to make sure we cover the bases...Can I just take the wording from a site like myspace/youtube type of thing and tailor it to my site?
Just looking for people who have been through this before...I know there are a few of you
