Strange Skybook rollover policy

Back in August I deposited a bit of money at Skybook and bet a few football futures. I didn't get a bonus on that deposit.

A couple weeks ago they sent be a good bonus offer, something like 10% cash and a 20% Bonus Play, so I made a small deposit there. I lost my balance before I completed the rollover. They sent me another bonus offer yesterday, so I contacted them to confirm that I was eligible. They told me I was, but because I didn't complete the rollover from the last bonus, they would have to include my pending wagers amount in calculating the rollover. That made no sense since I never received a bonus when I made those pending wagers, and I'm also a lifetime loser at Skybook, so I'm surprised they'd make things more difficult. Bonuses aren't really a big deal to me, which is why I hadn't asked for a bonus the last time, but if they were, that policy would discourage me from betting any futures on Skybook because they'd be held against my rollover requirement for the next 5-6 months.

I've never heard of another book with this policy. Is tihs common?

I have not had any rollover requirement carried over from a previous deposit.
This sounds like the customer service rep is wrong.
I would confirm the rollover requirements with the cs manager.

Since Skybook charges for withdrawals, I wouldn't withdraw unless my balance got pretty large and I'd pretty much have to fulfill the rollover requirement to get my balance that high, so I'm not really concerned about the rollover. I just thought it was really odd they would do that since it discourages people from betting futures there if they want bonuses.

A lot of books have increased teaser odds since teasers have done very well this year.
