Not totally sure but to a certain extent I would say yes, or at least with some teams. Like I wouldn't fade the Suns AND play the over for that game.

Yes, taking +4 or more on a team......... and parlaying the same team to the ML at plus money.

Why +4 or more, + or - anything and the ML cannot be parlayed.

I have NEVER not been able to parlay a total with the team line on a game! So I think that every book allows all parlays.

By the way, most books ALSO allow any football parlay on the total and the team line

i dont think there is any positive expectation in any combo stated above (Fishheads is not legal to do that would be a software error).

with basketball, I don't often parlay, if I do, I go with fav and over, dog and under, just for the natural flow of it. I'm more likely to parlay the 2nd half at Trojan with the -105, than full-game.

fav ML and dog +points, I don't think can be played as a parlay anywhere.
