Received card, registered card, failed identification test that enables card holder to upgrade security level? Called phone number provided at site and got answering machine that states card # is not on file? Contacted Scott at CRIS, he gives me another # to contact , same results: same answering machine asks for account # and then states not on file. Emailed Scott again ,requesting a # where I can speak to a human and get matter straightened out, still awaiting his response. Very frustrating, not a good start in this corner. GL
