is it normal for them to simply tell you "in process" without a reference number after you have entered all the information. Compared to Western Union where you have the Control # immediatly after? How long does this take?

I'm not exactly sure of the question , it is pretty much exactly like WU, same amt of time, the process etc, just cheaper, you do get a reference number.

yeah, what I'm saying is that I have yet to get a reference # and it tells me its "pending". is this normal and if so, how long must I wait for it go from pending to sent.
