Neighbor sold it to me for $3500. Not a mark on it inside or out. 120,000 miles which is nothing for a Toyota. My son needed a car so I bought it for him as he will be attending college soon. What a nice car!!

Camrys are the best..

I bought a 1991 Camry wagon with 150,000 miles on it for $1800 in March of 2005 that ran like a top for the last 18 months, terrific transportation for the money.
I gave it to my 16 year old nephew earlier this month for his first car, I hope he takes care of it.

wil..

solid deal, make sure timing belt has been done, should go 100k more with just brakes, tires, battery maybe a starter motor ( or other similar minor item).

That's value. Car can realistically go to 250k miles with little else. I've had 70's Toyotas go well over 200k.

I just bought a 1999 ford tauras for $3000. 90k miles on it, but it had a salvaged title. I think it was in a wreck and an autobody place bought it at auction. Looks and feels like new though - leather, sunroof, power everything.

I'd prefer the Camry to the Taurus, but a 3k car that's been wrecked can be solid, the Camry sounds cleaner.

The 26k I likely pay for a new CR-V, could get me a fleet of decent cars, etc.

Maybe that Camry for say 4k

I'll take 2, that's 8k

A truck for 6k, I'm at 14k

A motorcycle for 4k bill is now 18k

8k left for a boat !

2 Camrys
1 Truck
1 Motorcycle
1 Boat

for 26k

Insurance would be more.

I can't get the 5 things for one now, because I'm married, that's something I'll only do once in my life.

everyone gets excited when they buy a car and convince themselves they have gotten a deal? what do you thin that car is worth?

I was buying 97 camrys with less miles for 2800-3000, 2 whole years ago.

carry on
