I guess the 49'ers didnt think the Bears were who they thought they were.
BTW, it's great to hear Summerall call a game again.

now with Halloween on Tuesday, I was expecting weird things today. I mean, yesterday had USC upset and Temple winning, the latter the bigger surprise.

I guess this means the Raiders win big today since the Niners won't. Can the Retirees win two in a row?:puppy:

You're up 34-0 against a horrendous team at home. You get the ball with about a minute left, wouldn't you normally just take a couple of knees and be done with it? Bears go hurrying down the field and score another TD. Doesn't that go against the not running it up mantra of football?

I still don't get why this forum was so high on the 49ers. I predicted this game would be like the 45-0 loss they had to KC earlier in the season, it's gonna be worse then that.

Are you f'ing kidding me? Didn't you see the Bills come back from down 35-3 in the playoffs? If it's the first half of the game, you never let up! I don't care what the score is.

By the way......can we start the discussions of the makings of one of the best teams of all time? I know many will say to wait until the season's over before you can truly decide. However, this definitely is the best start to a season ever.

2 things here:

1. I like the title of this thread

2. I am starting to really hate the Bears and they dont even have that punk McMahon or a horrid rap song. Although they have a Gator at QB so that is reason to hate them right there.

The Giants are going to beat them in the playoffs

the G Men were my preseason pick to represent the NFC...I'm glad to see they're finally playing consistently.
