Fees to transfer $$ to the debit card and fees on the withdrawl, but the $$ is available within an hour of the transfer to the card. It use to be that you could withdraw up to 1K per day.

They issued the new card because of security upgrades. i dont know specifically what they upgraded.
It seems like an easy way to get your winnings without any bank seeing it. i wonder if banks or the government can see or are aware that you are making these withdrawals. Probably very easy to launder large amounts of money and im sure neteller knew this when releasing the card. they probably make a lot of money because they charge 2$ to transfer to debit card and 3$ at the atm. most machines only let you withdraw 400$ at a time. The maximum allowed for withdrawal by neteller is $1000 per 24hrs. does anybody know of an atm that lets you take this much out at one time?

Casino ATMs are good and bad. The good is they give you up to a dime and give it to you in hundreds. Once you use the card regularly you will be convinced you never saw so many 20s in your life. The bad is the fees can be outrageous. Differs from casino to casino, but have seen some that want $7 fee. That goes on top of the fee NT will charge. I found one for $3, which comes out cheaper than paying $2 per $500 at most ATMs, but still its a hassle to go to a casino just to get cash.
