This is an odd meeting tonight, New England and Minnesota, I can't recall many times.

Certain teams when they match up just look odd and this is one of the oddest.

I don't recall many memorable matches between New England and Minnesota...this is one of the oddest there is.

I do remember once Minnesota was real good and went up to NE an got upset, NE was real bad then, this was like 1988 or 1987.

Last time I remember Minnesota on MNF the first play lost an unbelievable amount of yards, remember that one Viking?

No it was MNF about this time 2 years ago, I think it was @ Indy , remember Culpepper fumbling and losing like 30 yards or something crazy, that play set the tone for a very dull low scoring game.

Yes i remember that game...No Randy Moss and vikes scored 6 pts in first half only to tie it 3 times in 2nd half and lose on a last second FG by Vanderslut. Nate Burleson returned a punt like 95 yards in that game for TD.

I remember a Packers v Minnie game a few years ago when the GB receiver made an unbelievable play, kept running for a TD after the Minn defenders thought the play was done.

Those two teams have had some great MNF games over the years....I believe that play ended the game.

that was quite a few years ago...in 2000...Minnesota had sure INT and GB guy (anotonio freeman)caught ball on ground rolled over, got up, ballgame in OT.
