I am not 100 percent sure but I remember that Therx was letting BOS advertise here as early as last year and I remember there were quite a few people who thought BOS should not advertise here being that they had a reputation of stiffing people, and I remember Therx defending BOS and why they should advertise here, infact I was one of the people who was not happy that BOS was advertising here cause they are a shady book, now what, everyone got stiffed, maybe this will teach therx that their job is to advertise reputable books and not steer people the wrong direction for advertising money. Please tell me if I am wrong, but I am almost positive about them advertising here.

That's sort of unfair to the RX....remember until Caruthers was busted they were considered to be a financially solid book. There were a few issues that I had heard about related to tossing out sharp players, but there's plenty of books that do that. It's not like the RX was colluding with the Feds and knew about it ahead of time. That's sort of like blaming the Houston Astros for having Enron's name on their ballpark at one point...

I can understand the people who were stiffed by BOS being upset, but IMO the RX were caught with their pants down just like everyone else...

Not true at all. They had a long history of shady dealings. The rx took alot of heat over bringing them aboard. Sadly for the rx they fell victim to the mighty buck and now will have to pay the price. UNLESS of course they continue to take the "Roberto" method and keep their heads buried hoping everyone just stops asking about it:realtongu

Well said vermont, Therx needs to catch heat over this, people who have been in this industry or a long time like myself all knew BOS was a shady book that flat out stiffed, for big amounts, and all the people running therx knew this also, yet they let a book who was a stiffer come out and advertise on what is supposed to be a watch dog site that protects players, everyone wants to talk about how shady online books can be, well for a watchdog site to do this is even shadier, and I hate to even think about the people who got stiffed who came on here and signed with BOS cause they thought well if they advertise on a watchdog site they have to be good, way to go RX, do your damn job, you are a watchdog site, you shouldn't be thinking about your wallet when you are running a watch dog site. You guys owe the members here a big fat appology, not that it fixes anything but just to instill a little bit of trust in your work and to show that you really are here for the players and not the books.
