Anyone buying the theory that the New Orleans situation has made their teams BETTER?

I mean, these guys played all road games. Not just "oh wow they played in tough environments", but the travel aspect, getting on plane after plane, never playing at home, barely sleeping in your own bed, going through all of the emotional hardships has really seemed to make these New Orleans teams tougher.

Although, I guess I cant really speak for LSU thus far but they arent New Orleans, and I dont think they went through as much as these professional New Orlenas teams did.....

Talent or not:

The Saints have come out FIRING this year.

The New Orleans Hornets are now 1-0 with a big win in Boston after the death of Auerbach.

very possible but i'll buy into it after they beat some teams they shouldn't beat on the road. Celtics aren't good and even though they honored Red, his spirit isn't going to make baskets for them.

2001..Yankees went to the WS and got a heartbreaker loss with Rivera on the mound when they were the best team in baseball all year...

I don't buy it, coincedences happen in life all the time.
