I never liked cold pizza in real life so the show didnt have a good name to begin with in book. I like my pizza with steam coming off of it when I open my box.

very strange commonality here...i love cold pizza and also put cans of baked beans in the fridge to eat....:monsters- good thing i left tampa for a month or two!
