Is there more value in teasing a side rather than a total in NBA

So far this nba season, I have had success with teasing sides, Is there more value in teasing sides rather than totals, or totals rather than sides?...or does it just depend on the game ect.'

My advice/opinion---

Do not play teasers in the NBA, sides or totals................very little value, IF ANY.

Stick with NFL 2-TEAM teasers, and on very rare occassions, 3-TEAMERS.

Great advice.

If you are going to bet the lesser of 2 evils on teasers, totals are a waste IMO.

If the average NBA total is 193 and you tease the total 6 points, you are only shaving about 2.5% of the total points. Thats nothing.

The MAJORITY of bettors that wager 2 and 3-team TEASERS in the NBA and CBB would come out further ahead(or less behind) if they parlayed the teams rather than teasing them.
