Anyone else getting text message spam?

I recently called a book to ask a question. I have recieved over 5 text messages today about someone wanting to buy or rent my timeshare. The message directs me to some sort of webpage.

Anyone else getting spammed?

Maybe I'm just lucky, but I've never received a text message spam...

lol, quantum...do you also wear one of those mustache funny glasses w/ a ball cap?

never received text message spam...are you sure its from a book...since its regarding a timeshare & i've never personally heard of books doing so?

I am not sure it is from a book. I thought it was possible they sold my number. But it's probably just a coincidence.

LOL! No, but I really do call them from a pay phone. The last time I called a book from my cell phone I started getting betting voicemails. Never again.
