If you filed Married Joint Return and are expecting a refund, will the check come in both names? and can one person cash it or do both people need to be present at the bank to cash the check?

Would love to know A.S.A.P??

Thanks in advanced!!

Both need to endorse it, but you do not need to be present as far as I know.

any check with multiple names needs to have all parties signatures on it...don't need everyone present to cash it though.
