Hard to get 100% at anytime, I don't have any. I'd suggest taking less upfront and low juice, maybe Mike at Trojan would give you 15-20% and -105 ?

Beyond that you might get like 50% at a place like Betpop,Sportbet, or Royal... if you make a personal deal.

Bet33 has 100%, and an F rating.

Believe BetJam still has a 20% promo going and if so, would recommend you go there. They also have nickel juice Fridays and other various specials.

Save yourself the headaches and do that as you dont want to be stuck at an F book, over a bonus or any other reason(s).

Note that carib's bonus is removed from your account when you withdraw. So it's sort of in between a freeplay and cold hard cash.
