with the recent Price of Gas and the excessive drive-offs i'm finding that I
have to Pre-Pay for Gas. Since i usually pay with Debit card at the pump
it doesn't matter....

But when i have to Pay inside first, i have 100, 200 or 500 on a game and
i have paid 20.00 inside and the pump is
set to 20.00 inside and it gets to 19.78 and takes 5 minutes to get to 20.00...
what Horeshit-i have been known to leave 20 cents on the pump and leave

ga

send this to the Rubber room but nothing makes me more mad, unless it was the under last night between the colts/ pats or farve's interception on the one to tie the game

It's annoying, but I don't think anywhere near 5 minutes.

I didn't know you could buy gas anywhere anymore without prepaying. I hate having to prepay with a credit card when they don't have pay at the pump machines. You have to wait in line to give them your credit card then go back and pump your gas and then wait in line again to sign the transaction and get your card.

One of the places I use a credit card these days. Can swipe it without having to go insde and if the total is 19.99 or 20.01; time and aggrevayion is saved.
It is definately slower when you prepay with cash.
Come to think of it seems to me we all suffer when using cash. It's a conspiracy of the rich vs the poor....IMO ! Grrrrrrrrr

not sure what u guys are even talking about... why don't you guys have your drivers fill up the tank?

what does piss me off is when my driver has to fill up the tank while I am in the car and the satellite dish starts going all goofy while I'm watching the game.

also, does "set the pump to $20" is that slang for how much you pay the hooker for a bj?

:thumbsup2:

I moved out to Cali from Wisconsin five years ago, I was so pissed the pump wouldnt work and the guy told me i had to pay first, I was like what the hell are you talking about. And I do hate the last 15 cents if I do pay with cash, fricking takes forever.

Here's the deal..

If you swipe the credit card, the banks hope you will NOT pay the balance in full and thus they can charge you a fee (interest). They make MONEY!! They are (Banks I'm talking about) big business like the Oil- Gas Companies. So, when you decide to pay cash for x dollars--you are punished by the pump slow down. The banks and the oil companies work together to make you think twice next time---CHARGE it ! Clever-LOL--No just an OLD game in the US!
