Who's smart idea was it to make the MLS-Cup in the middle of NFL football?

What fan base are you catering to...exactly?

I figured that they'd be targeting sports fanatics who would like soccer, but um...well...FOOTBALL's on Sunday!

I really wanna watch this cup, but I mean...damn.

Who else thinks this is retarded?

Dammed if you do, dammed if you don't. Even if they played it on Saturday they be going up against NCAA football plus ABC usually shows NCAA games in the afternoon anyway so that is a no go. It surely can't be played on the weekday so that only leaves Sunday really that ABC would want or be willing to show it.
